How to take Best Hydrate Electrolyte Mix
- Dosage: Put one scoop into 500mL/16oz of drinking water (or two scoops into one liter/32oz)
- Let dissolve - Shake or Stir (~20 seconds)
- Drink one liter/32oz per day for BEST results
- Discard unused solution after 12 hrs., or 48 hrs. if refrigerated
- Do not mix Best Hydrate with soft drinks, sports drinks, or fruit juices
